  10. VEHICLE EXPENSES provides a means of writing, storing and maintaining   
  11. files of four categories:  fuel, scheduled, emergency and other         
  12. expenses, related to the operation and maintenance of motor vehicles or 
  13. other equipment.                                                        
  14.                                                                         
  15. Using VEHICLE EXPENSES is quite easy.  The data base is created by      
  16. simply assigning a file name and adding the appropriate information.    
  17. While the system is set to handle many different vehicles, it is best   
  18. suited for the individual or small business with only a few cars.       
  19.                                                                         
  20. VEHICLE MAINTENANCE provides a type written check off sheet listing     
  21. items to be serviced at pre-defined intervals.  The check off sheet may 
  22. be used as a "memory jogger" to prevent over looking items that should  
  23. be maintained, or the sheet may be presented to a service agency in     
  24. order to indicate the work you would like them to accomplished.

  27. The data base is created by inputting up to five (5) maintenance        
  28. intervals i.e., 5000, 10000, 15000, 30000, and 60000 "miles" for        
  29. vehicles or you may use "hours" as the maintenance period criteria for  
  30. items such as generators, snomobiles, air compressors, etc.  The        
  31. maintenance period criteria is followed by a description of the         
  32. maintenance items you would like serviced at each of the specified      
  33. intervals i.e., change oil, replace oil filter, replace air filter,     
  34. check brake pads, etc.  Any of the interval item descriptions may be    
  35. added to, deleted from, or edited as required without leaving the       
  36. program.
